AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a common ground and general
utility easement, sewer easements, and general utility easements located in a
tract of land in Part of Grantwood Trails as recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 40
and Part of Lot 7 of Grantwood Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 34,
in St. Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate portions of subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of said easements,
excepting therefrom those portions subordinated by the District to St. Louis
County, Missouri by Ordinance No. 9409, adopted November 9, 1994, for the
establishment of the 50-foot wide right-of-ways of Grantwood Trails Court and
Grantwood Cove are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Grantwood Trails as recorded in Plat Book
323, Page 40 and in Part of Lot 7 of Grantwood Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 34 in St. Louis County, Missouri and
being more particularly described as:

Parcel 1
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Grantwood Trails; thence along
the East line of said subdivision, South 00 degrees 01 minutes East
a distance of 211.51 feet; thence leaving said East line, and now
along a line 5 feet North of and parallel to the South line of a
tract of land conveyed to Paul and Helen Beyer, North 89 degrees 51
minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 64.96 feet; thence South 00
degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 10 feet; thence on
a line 5 foot South of said Beyer Tract, South 89 degrees 51
minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 59.96 feet; thence on a line
parallel to and 5 feet East of the East line of said subdivision,
South 00 degrees 01 minutes East a distance of 100 feet; thence
South 89 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 138.76
feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West a distance
of 15 feet; thence North 89 degrees 51 minutes 10 seconds East a
distance of 126.25 feet; thence on a line parallel to and 7.50 feet
West of the East line of said subdivision, North 00 degrees 01
minutes West a distance of 306.90 feet to the North line of said
subdivision; thence along said North line, South 85 degrees 01
minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 7.51 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel 2
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of said Grantwood Trails;
thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of
10.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds East a
distance of 152.28 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59 minutes 20
seconds East a distance of 10.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00
minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 5.00 feet; thence North 89
degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 139.54 feet;
thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West a distance of
5.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 20 seconds West a
distance of 5.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 40
seconds West a distance of 233.87 feet; thence South 89 degrees 59
minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 144.69 feet to the West line
of Lot 4 of said subdivision; thence North along the said West line
of the West line of Lot 3, North 00 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds
East a distance of 81.58 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 8, 1994.
