AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc.
for the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #149 (Olive &
Woods Mill) 94130, in the City of Chesterfield, Missouri, in compliance with
Section 9.040 in the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director
to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. for the construction of sanitary sewers in
Infrastructure Repair #149 (Olive & Woods Mill) 94130, in the City of
Chesterfield, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 15th day of December, 1994 and
formally executed on the 11th day of January, 1995 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is
hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
