HomeMy Public PortalAbout09443 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9443 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eight Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars ($8,206.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in St. Joseph's Church Trench Drain Stormwater Project (P-20023), in the City of Manchester, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by the City of Manchester, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Twenty-four Thousand Six Hundred Eighteen Dollars ($24,618.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Eight Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars ($8,206.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand Two Hundred Six Dollars ($8,206.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm sewers in St. Joseph's Church Trench Drain Stormwater Project (P-20023), in the City of Manchester, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
