HomeMy Public PortalAbout09444 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9444 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 10 foot (10') wide general utility easement in Lots 31 and 32 of NEW COLONY ESTATES, Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 317 on Page 51 in the St. Louis County Recorder's Office. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point being the northwestern corner of Lot 33 and the southwestern corner of Lot 32 of said NEW COLONY ESTATES; thence southeasterly along the common line of said Lots 32 and 33, South 86 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds East, 10.54 feet to its point of intersection with an existing 10 foot wide easement running parallel to the western lines of said Lots 32 and 33; thence northeasterly along said 10 foot wide easement, North 21 degrees 41 minutes 52 seconds East, 60.78 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence South 68 degrees 18 minutes 08 seconds East, 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 35 degrees 35 minutes 05 seconds East, 59.93 feet to a point in the common line of Lots 31 and 32 of said NEW COLONY ESTATES; thence continuing North 35 degrees 35 minutes 05 seconds East, 60.07 feet to a point; thence North 85 degrees 34 minutes 25 seconds West, 5.64 feet to a point; thence North 04 degrees 25 minutes 35 seconds East, 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 35 degrees 35 minutes 05 seconds West, 62.83 feet to a point in the common line of said Lots 31 and 32; thence continuing South 35 degrees 35 minutes 05 seconds West, 54.99 feet to a point; thence North 68 degrees 18 minutes 08 seconds West, 2.17 feet to a point in the line of aforementioned existing 10 foot wide parallel easement; thence southwestwardly along the line of said parallel easement, South 21 degrees 41 minutes 52 seconds West, 10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
