AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in a tract of
land being part of Lot 7 of the Subdivision of Grantwood as recorded in Plat
Book 16, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records and now being part of
Grantwood Trails, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 40 of said
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easements, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements as recorded in the St. Louis
County, Missouri Records, Deed Book 5080, Page 438, Deed Book 5080, Page 440
and a portion of the sewer easement in Deed Book 5012, Page 261, the centerline
of which is hereafter described is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at a point 5 feet South of the southeast corner of a tract of
land conveyed to Milton Slemmens per Book 2887, Page 601 of said
records; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 20 minutes East a
distance of 5.00 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein
described; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds East a
distance of 110 feet to the end point, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
