AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a portion of the fifty foot (50') wide right-of-way of Grantwood Trail
Court, a roadway dedicated for public use in a tract of land being part of
Grantwood Trails, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 40 of the St.
Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in a portion of the
subject roadway, and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following
described roadway:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Court at a point North 00
degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 50.16 feet of the
southwest corner of Lot 1 of said subdivision; thence North 00
degrees 00 minutes 20 seconds West a distance of 91.79 feet to a
point of curvature; thence on a curve to the right, having a radius
of 20 feet, an arc distance of 33.15 feet to a point of tangency;
thence South 85 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of
14.06 feet to a point of curvature; thence Southwesterly on a curve
to the left, which radius bears South 04 degrees 58 minutes 10
seconds West, 20 feet, an arc distance of 33.15 feet to a point of
reverse curvature; thence on a curve to the right having a radius
of 175 feet, an arc distance of 53.68 feet to a point of reverse
curvature; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 125
feet, an arc distance of 38.34 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
