AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in a tract of land being
part of Lots 6 and 7 of Erastus Post Estate in U.S. Surveys 406 and 1203, also
being in Township 46 North, Range 5 East in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements in a tract of land being part of
Lots 6 and 7 of Erastus Post Estate in U.S. Surveys 406 and 1203, also being in
Township 46 North, Range 5 East in the City of Bridgeton, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Deed Book 6342, Page 1663; Deed Book 6322, Page 1945;
Deed Book 4969, Page 141; and Deed Book 7184, Page 1419 of the St. Louis
County, Missouri Recorder's Office, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
