AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide
general utility easement in a tract of land being part of Lot 9 of Shrewsbury
Trianon as recorded in Plat Book 209, Pages 21 and 22 of the St. Louis County
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property as requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a fifteen foot
(15') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 9; thence along the
southwest line of said Lot 9 South 44 degrees 36 minutes 46 seconds
East, 15.00 feet to a point; thence leaving said southwest line
North 45 degrees 19 minutes 49 seconds East, 10.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence continuing North 45 degrees 19 minutes
49 seconds East, 306.73 feet to a point; thence North 39 degrees 58
minutes 15 seconds West, 5.02 feet to a point; thence South 45
degrees 19 minutes 49 seconds West, 307.14 feet to a point; thence
South 44 degrees 36 minutes 46 seconds East, 5.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
