AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in part of Lot
177 of Riverview Gardens, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 27 of
the St. Louis County Records, also being in the City of Riverview, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing on the North line of said Lot 177, at a point South 83 degrees
00 minutes West, 100 feet of the Northeast corner of said Lot 177;
thence South 07 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 12 feet to
the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence South
07 degrees 00 minutes East a distance of 73 feet to the South line
of said Lot; thence along said South line, South 83 degrees 00
minutes West a distance of 20 feet; thence North 07 degrees 00
minutes West a distance of 73 feet; thence North 83 degrees 00
minutes East a distance of 20 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
