AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a fifty foot (50') ingress/egress and public utility easement in the
northwest quarter of Section 27 and in the northeast quarter of Section 28,
Township 44 North, Range 5 East in the City of Fenton, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the ingress/egress and
public utility easement in the northwest quarter of Section 27 and in the
northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 44 North, Range 5 East in the City of
Fenton, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Deed Book 5743, Page 160 of
the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's Office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
