AN ORDINANCE, vacating the District's rights within a portion of a
ten foot (10') wide general utility easement in a tract of land being part of
Lot 20 of Progress Parkway West, Plat 3, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book
126, Pages 76, 77 and 78 of St. Louis County Records, also being in the
southeast quarter of Section 22, Township 46 North, Range 5 East in Maryland
Heights, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
foot wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the east line of Lot 20 of
Progress West Plat 3; aforesaid, and the south line of Dorsett
Road, as widened by deed recorded in Deed Book 7223, Page 1642;
thence along the east line of said Lot 20, South 00 degrees 06
minutes 00 seconds West 136.50 feet to the southeast corner
thereof; thence along the south line of said Lot 20, North 89
degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds West, 10.00 feet; thence North 00
degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds East 136.51 feet to the south line of
Dorsett Road, as widened; thence along said south line South 89
degrees 47 minutes 05 seconds East 10.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
