AN ORDINANCE, vacating a 10 foot (10') wide sewer easement and a 40
foot (40') sewer easement in a tract of land being all or part of Lots 15, 16,
17, 18, 35, 36, 37, 38 and vacated Oak Drive of the West End Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 150, and also
parts of Lots 1 and 2 of Holden Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 237, Page 71, being part of Lot 18 Captain Benjamin F.
Hutchinson's Subdivision of his Ellisville farm in Section 32, Township 45
North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, also being in the City of
Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use
for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements in a tract of land being all or
part of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 35, 36, 37, 38 and vacated Oak Drive of the West
End Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page
150, and also parts of Lots 1 and 2 of Holden Subdivision, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 237, Page 71, being part of Lot 18 Captain
Benjamin F. Hutchinson's Subdivision of his Ellisville farm in Section 32,
Township 45 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, also being in the
City of Ellisville, St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Deed Book 9103,
Page 1943 and in Deed Book 4184, Page 302 of the St. Louis County, Missouri
Recorder's Office, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
