AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide easement
in a tract of land being part of Lot 2 of Meadowlands Subdivision as recorded
by plat in Book 134, Page 48 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records in
Section 11, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, also
being in the City of Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Meadowlands
Subdivision; thence along the north line of said Lot 2, North 89
degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 106.13 feet to
the easterly line of a ten (10) foot wide storm sewer easement as
recorded by plat in Book 134, Page 48 of said Records also being
the said easement to be vacated; thence along said easterly line,
South 25 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 141.60
feet to the north right-of-way line of Mystic Meadows Lane; thence
along said north right-of-way along a curve to the left, having a
radius of 54 feet, an arc distance of 10.82 feet, which chord bears
South 42 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 10.80
feet to the westerly line of the aforementioned ten (10) foot wide
storm sewer easement; thence along said westerly line, North 25
degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 150.61 feet to
the aforementioned north line of Lot 2 of Meadowlands Subdivision;
thence along said north line, South 89 degrees 00 minutes 00
seconds East, a distance of 11.15 feet to the true point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
