HomeMy Public PortalAbout09459 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9459 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of two five foot (5') wide general utility easements in a tract of land in Lot 101 of St. Ferdinand Commons, St. Louis County, Missouri and being in the City of Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of two five foot (5') wide general utility easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the intersection of the north line of land now or formerly of Christian Hospital Northeast-Northwest as recorded by Deed in Book 8509, Page 1416 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records and the west line of land now or formerly of Union Electric Company of Missouri; thence along said west line, South 00 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 495.53 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to the east line of the hereafter described vacation (10 foot wide) and being the true point of beginning; thence along said east line, South 00 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 10.00 feet to the south line of said vacation; thence along said south line, North 89 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 305.22 feet to the west line of said vacation; thence along said west line, North 00 degrees, 16 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to the north line of said vacation; thence along said north line, South 89 degrees 35 minutes 00 seconds East, a distance of 305.24 feet to the true point of beginning of said vacation and the centerline of said vacation being the common property line between Tract A and Tract B of the aforementioned land of Christian Hospital Northeast- Northwest. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
