AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across a portion of the 10 foot (10')
wide easements owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and recorded
in Deed Book 238, Page 63 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records to St.
Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining three
public roadways known as Forder Glen Court, Forder Hills Drive and Sajakeed
Drive, all of which are located in Forder Oaks Addition, Phase II, Plat 2, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 68 of the St. Louis County,
Missouri Records; also being in a tract of land in Blocks 108 and 109 of
Carondelet Commons, south of River des Peres, Township 43 North, Range 6 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easements will
not interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
subordinate certain rights across a portion of easements owned by the District
to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a
public roadway known as Forder Glen Court, Forder Hills Drive and Sajakeed
Drive, all of which are located in Forder Oaks Addition, Phase II, Plat 2, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 323, Page 68 of the St. Louis County,
Missouri Records; also being in a tract of land in Blocks 108 and 109 of
Carondelet Commons, south of River des Peres, Township 43 North, Range 6 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are

hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
