AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across a portion of a 10 foot (10')
wide easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and recorded
in Deed Book 6766, Page 117 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, to St.
Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public
roadway known as Grand National Drive, located in a tract of land being
adjusted Lot 1-A of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 1 of Julie Acres
Subdivision in U.S. Survey 338 and in Fractional Section II, Township 47 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not
interfere with the sewer services provided therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby
subordinate certain rights across a portion of an easement owned by the
District to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and
maintaining a public roadway known asGrand National Drive, located in a tract
of land being adjusted Lot 1-A of Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot 1 of Julie
Acres Subdivision in U.S. Survey 338 and in Fractional Section II, Township 47
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving
effect to Section One hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
