HomeMy Public PortalAbout09462 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9462 AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer to subordinate certain rights along the length of the easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, and recorded in Deed Book 7542, Page 386 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of highway improvements on Kiefer Creek Road at St. Paul Road and for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Richland Cove Court, located in a tract of land being in Section 9, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided therein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District does hereby subordinate certain rights along the length of the easement owned by the District and recorded in Deed Book 7542, Page 386 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of highway improvements on Kiefer Road at St. Paul Road and for the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as Richland Cove Court, located in a tract of land being in Section 9, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
