AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Forty Thousand
Dollars ($40,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of Macklind Pump Station
Modifications, Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System, Lower River des
Peres (L-02A, 93039A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9355, adopted October 12, 1994 appropriated
the funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an
unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation
authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000.00) is
hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for
additional project costs for the construction of Macklind Pump Station
Modifications, Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System, Lower River des
Peres (L-02A, 93039A), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance,
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
