AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a public utility easement, said easement also being Phillip Lane, a fifty
foot (50') wide private drive with a circular turn-around, as established by
the plat of Afshari Woods, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 45 of
the St. Louis County, Missouri recorder's office.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject public
utility easement, and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in a public utility
easement, said easement also being Phillip Lane, a fifty foot (50') wide
private drive with circular turn-around, as established by the plat of Afshari
Woods, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 126, Page 45 of the St. Louis
County, Missouri recorder's office.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 12, 1995.
