O R D I N A N C E NO. 9475
AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with David Mason & Associates,
Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #127 (Maintenance)
94076, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the Executive Director
to David Mason & Associates, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or
replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in
Infrastructure Repair #127 (Maintenance) 94076, in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 9th day of January, 1995 and formally executed on
the 8th day of February, 1995 by said contractor and by the Executive Director
and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
