AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide sewer
easement in a tract of land being part of Lot 4 of the F.M. Wright Estate in
U.S. Survey 367, Township 46 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a fifteen foot
(15') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the southerly line of Old Olive Street
Road and the easterly line of Creve Coeur Mill Road; thence South
30 degrees 37 minutes 39 seconds East along said easterly line of
Creve Coeur Mill Road, 25.65 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence North 80 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds East, 135.14 feet;
thence North 86 degrees 59 minutes 11 seconds East, 121.43 feet;
thence South 38 degrees 06 minutes 49 seconds East, 18.33 feet;
thence South 86 degrees 59 minutes 11 seconds West, 131.16 feet;
thence South 80 degrees 48 minutes 11 seconds West, 128.44 feet to
a point on the easterly line of Creve Coeur Mill Road; thence North
30 degrees 37 minutes 39 seconds West along said easterly line of
Creve Coeur Mill Road, 16.11 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
