AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in a tract of
land being part of Dennison Grove, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 331, Page 10 in the St. Louis County Records, also being
part of Lots 2 and 3 of Mauro's Subdivision, Section 19, Township 44 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer easement
is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point, said point being North 01 degrees 09 minutes 00
seconds East 307.56 feet from the southwest corner of Outlot "A" of
the above-mentioned Dennison Grove; thence along said West line,
North 01 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East 5.00 feet; thence South
89 degrees 03 minutes 51 seconds East 347.34 feet; thence South 41
degrees 02 minutes 01 seconds East 6.77 feet; thence South 64
degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds East 12.09 feet; thence North 89
degrees 03 minutes 51 seconds West 362.93 feet to the west line of
the above-mentioned Outlot "A"; thence along said west line, North
01 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds East 5.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
