AN ORDINANCE, vacating a 10 foot (10') wide sewer easement in a
tract of land being part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 46
North, Range 7 East, also being a tract of land described in Deed Book 6202,
Page 154 of the St. Louis County Records, and being in the City of Dellwood,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the intersection of the East line of Florissant Avenue as
widened by Deed Book 6018, Page 604 of the St. Louis County Records
with the North line of Hudson Drive, 60 feet wide; thence along
said North line of Hudson Drive South 89 degrees 17 minutes East,
68.75 feet to the true point of beginning; thence departing said
North line of Hudson Drive North 14 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds
West, 207.08 feet; thence South 89 degrees 17 minutes East, 10.36
feet; thence South 14 degrees 18 minutes 47 seconds East, 207.08
feet to a point on the said Northern line of Hudson Drive; thence
along said Northern line of Hudson Drive North 89 degrees 17
minutes West, 10.36 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
