AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of the District
in a fifty foot (50') wide private roadway and utility easement in a tract of
land being in part of Lot 1 of Kellridge Court U.S. Survey 2992, Township 43
North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri as recorded in Plat Book 176,
Page 84 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this District
vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in the subject private
roadway and utility easement, and this District has no further use for said
private roadway and utility easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District hereby
vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the following
described private roadway and utility easement:
Beginning at a point being the northeast corner of Lot 1 of Kellridge
Court and the northwest corner of Lot 2 of Kellridge Court; thence
along the common line of Lots 1 and 2, South 33 degrees 48 minutes
30 seconds West, a distance of 50.00 feet to a point; thence North
56 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 240.00 feet to
a point; thence North 70 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds West, a
distance of 95.34 feet to a point of curvature; thence in a
southwesterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius
of 20.00 feet, an arc distance of 23.57 feet to a point of
tangency; thence North 42 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East, a
distance of 86.82 feet to a point; thence North 33 degrees 48
minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 3.65 feet of a point; thence
South 56 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 334.64
feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
