AN ORDINANCE, vacating any rights, title or interest of the
District in a sewer easement dedicated to the City of Kirkwood, said easement
being in a tract of land being Lot 10 of Block 5 of Doerr Place, a subdivision
as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 5, St. Louis County, Missouri Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the subject easement, and this District has no further use
for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement in Lot 10 of Block 5 of Doerr
Place, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10,
Page 5 as recorded in Deed Book 1554, Page 137 is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
