HomeMy Public PortalAbout09489 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9489 AN ORDINANCE, vacating two ten foot (10') wide utility easements dedicated in Plat Book 151, Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records located in Lot 2 of the Boundary Adjustment Plat recorded in Plat Book 220, Page 93 of the St. Louis County Records. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described ten foot (10') wide utility easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the East line of said Lot 2, South 00 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 68.00 feet to a point; thence along the dividing line between the two 10.00 foot wide easements to be vacated and parallel with the North line of said Lot 2, South 89 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 10.00 feet to a point in the West line of an existing 10.00 foot wide utility easement being the point of beginning of the herein described easements to be vacated; thence along the West line of said existing 10.00 foot wide easement and parallel with the East line of said Lot 2, South 00 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to a point on the South line of the Southern 10.00 foot wide easement to be vacated; thence along the South line of said 10.00 feet easement and parallel with the North line of said Lot 2, South 89 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds West a distance of 220.86 feet to a point in the East line of a 12.00 foot wide utility easement dedicated in Plat Book 151, Page 49 of said records; thence along the East line of said 12.00 foot easement and parallel with the East line of said Lot 2, North 00 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point on the North line of the Northern 10.00 foot wide easement to be vacated; thence along the North line of said 10.00 foot wide easement and parallel with the North line of said Lot 2, North 89 degrees 12 minutes 15 seconds East, a distance of 220.86 feet to a point in the West line of said existing 10.00 foot wide easement; thence along the West line of said existing 10.00 foot easement and parallel with the East line of said Lot 2, South 2 00 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
