AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of an easement in a tract of land
being Part of Lot 9 of Liberty Trail West as recorded in Plat Book 292, Page 96
of the St. Louis County Recorder's Office, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10')
wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the intersection of the southeast corner of said Lot 9 with
the northern right-of-way of Liberty Trail (50' wide); thence along
the northern right-of-way of Liberty Trail in a westerly direction
along a curve to the left having a radius of 150.00 feet, an arc
distance of 10.01 feet to a point on a curve; thence leaving said
right-of-way, North 22 degrees 09 minutes 14 seconds West, a
distance of 31.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing
along same line a distance of 17.29 feet to a point; thence South
30 degrees 11 minutes 59 seconds East, a distance of 17.12 feet to
a point; thence South 59 degrees 48 minutes 18 seconds West, a
distance of 2.42 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
