AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in a tract of
land being part of Lots 3 and 4 Subdivision of Walton Estate and also part of
Section 27, Township 46 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate portions of subject easement, and this District has no
further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a ten foot (10')
wide sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Five parcels located in a tract of land being part of Lots 3 and 4
Subdivision of Walton Estate and also part of Section 27, Township 46 North,
Range 6 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described
as:
Parcel 1
Commencing for reference in the North line of Margona Place recorded in
Plat Book 27, Page 17, and the West right-of-way line of Union
Electric Company, also being a Southeast corner of that tract as
conveyed in Deed Book 8547, Page 1509; thence North 0 degrees 58
minutes 48 seconds East, 97.47 feet; thence North 46 degrees 43
minutes 08 seconds West 33.80 feet to a point in the West line of a
25 foot easement in proposed Lot 7, and the True Point of
Beginning; thence North 46 degrees 43 minutes 08 seconds West 76.36
