AN ORDINANCE, vacating a 10 foot (10') wide easement in Lot B of
the "Resubdivision of Part of Lot 17 of Glendale" a subdivision in Webster
Groves, Missouri as recorded in Plat Book 320, Page 63 of the St. Louis County
Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this
District to vacate said easement, and this District has no further use for said
easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot B; thence along the west
line of Lot B, North 07 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds East, 83.00
feet to the northwest corner of said Lot B; thence along the north
line of Lot B, South 82 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East, 10.00
feet to a point; thence along a line 10.00 East of and parallel to
the west line of said Lot B, 07 degrees 34 minutes 30 seconds West,
83.00 feet to a point on the south line of Lot B; thence along the
south line of Lot B; South 82 degrees 33 minutes 00 seconds East,
10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 9, 1995.
