O R D I N A N C E NO. 9501
AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Amendment No. 1 to Contract E-791
with Mishra & Associates, Inc. for the design of the Lemay
Wastewater Treatment Project Process Control System Upgrade (Phase
1B, 93085).
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 9063 adopted August 11, 1993
authorized Contract E-791, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment No. 1 to
Contract E-791 with Mishra & Associates, Inc. for the design of the
Lemay Wastewater Treatment Project Process Control System Upgrade
(Phase 1B, 93085); said amendment to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1995.
