AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($160,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used
for architectural/engineering services for the Lemay Service Area
Overflow Regulation System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Amendment #2 to Contract E-768 with David Mason & Associates, Inc.,
for said architectural/engineering services.
WHEREAS, the estimated fee for the services is One
Hundred Fifty-three Thousand Dollars ($153,000.00) and the
allowance for changes in scope is Seven Thousand Dollars
($7,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($160,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for architectural/engineering services with David
Mason & Associates, Inc., for the Lemay Service Area Overflow
Regulation System, Contract E-768, Amendment #2.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-

Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #2 to Contract E-768
with David Mason & Associates, Inc. for architectural/engineering
services for the Lemay Service Area Overflow Regulation System in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
