AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 5 foot (5') wide
general utility easement in a tract of land being part of Lot 241
of Wildhorse Village "I" Record Plat Two, a subdivision according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 328, Page 3 of the St.
Louis County Records in Section 13, Township 45 North - Range 3
East, St. Louis County Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a five
foot (5') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at a point on the South line of said Lot 241 of
"Wildhorse Village "I" Record Plat Two, said point being
distant North 77 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds East 20.00
feet from the Southwest corner thereof; thence North 12
degrees 16 minutes 47 seconds West 5.00 feet to a point;
thence North 77 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds East 149.22
feet to a point; thence South 6 degrees 41 minutes 22
East 5.02 feet to a point on said South line of Lot 241;
thence South 77 degrees 43 minutes 11 seconds West 148.73
feet along aid South line of Lot 241 to the point of
beginning according to calculations based on record
information.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1995.
