AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a 10 foot (10') wide
sewer easement in a tract of land being part of "Hickory Manor
Village C", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 332, Pages 9 and 10 of the St. Louis County Records, in
Section 1, Township 44 North - Range 3 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Two parcels of land located in Hickory Manor Village C, a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 332, Pages 9 and 10 of the St.
Louis County Records in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 3 East,
St. Louis County, Missouri and being more particularly described
as:
Parcel 1
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 27C of said "Hickory Manor
Village C", said point being also the Northwest corner of Lot 23C;
thence southwardly along the East line of said Lot 27C, South 00
degrees 26 minutes 08 seconds West 61.01 feet to a point; thence
North 51 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds West 22.83 feet to the
actual point of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 08
seconds West 12.69 feet to a point; thence North 51 degrees 35
minutes 33 seconds West 19.27 feet to a point; thence North 38
degrees 24 minutes 27 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence
South 51 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds East 11.46 feet to the
actual point of beginning.
Parcel 2
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 27C of said "Hickory Manor
Village C", said point being also the Northwest corner of Lot 23C;
thence southwardly along the East line of said Lot 27C, South 00
degrees 26 minutes 08 seconds West 61.01 feet to a point; thence
South 51 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds East 6.34 feet to the actual
point of beginning; thence South 51 degrees 35 minutes 33 seconds
East 136.37 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 30 minutes 18
seconds West 16.65 feet to a point; thence North 51 degrees 35
minutes 33 seconds West 115.25 feet to a point; thence North 00
degrees 26 minutes 08 seconds East 12.69 feet to the actual point
of beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 9, 1995.
