AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets,
manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure
Repair #144 (Maintenance) 94126, in the Cities of Maplewood and
Richmond Heights, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the
Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. for the construction,
rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and
replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #144 (Maintenance)
94126, in the Cities of Maplewood and Richmond Heights, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 13th day of February, 1995 and formally
executed on the 8th day of March, 1995 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District is hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of
the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
