HomeMy Public PortalAbout09526 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9526 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Two Hundred Six Thousand Dollars ($206,000.00) from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm improvements in May Valley Culvert 44-C Stormwater Project (P- 19368), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis County, Missouri at an estimated total cost of Six Hundred Thousand Ninety- nine Dollars ($600,099.00), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Two Hundred Six Thousand Dollars ($206,000.00) toward the total costs of said project, and will deposit said amount with the District, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Six Thousand Dollars ($206,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Improvement Fund to pay the State of Missouri's share of the total costs for the construction of storm improvements in May Valley Culvert 44-C Stormwater Project (P-19368), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
