AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to subordinate certain rights across portions
of an easement owned by The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
to St. Louis County, Missouri for the purpose of operating and
maintaining a public roadway known as Cove Landing Drive located in
a tract of land in Section 6, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the subordination of said rights in said
easement will not interfere with the sewer services provided
therein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
does hereby subordinate certain rights across certain portions of
an easement owned by the District to St. Louis County, Missouri for
the purpose of operating and maintaining a public roadway known as
Cove Landing Drive located in a tract of land in Section 6,
Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the
District an instrument giving effect to Section One hereof, said
instrument to be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the office of the General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
