AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement located in a tract of land being part of Lot 41 of
"Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat One", a subdivision
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 219, Pages 54
through 56 of the St. Louis County Records, in U.S. Survey 109,
Township 45 North - Range 4 East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement in said Lot 41 of Green Trails Country Club Grounds Plat
One, as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat",
and marked Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
