AN ORDINANCE, vacating a fifty foot (50') wide private
roadway and public utilities easement; two twenty-five foot (25')
wide easements for roadway and utilities and the five foot (5')
wide easements located in a tract of land being part of Lots 1, 2
and 3 of "Meine Estates" a subdivision according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 133, Page 16 of the St. Louis County
Records in Township 43 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the subject easements and this District has
no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The fifty foot (50') wide private roadway
and public utilities easement, the two twenty-five foot (25') wide
easements for roadway and utilities and the five foot (5') wide
easements in said Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Meine Estates, as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat", and marked
Exhibit "A", and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
