AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 10 foot (10') wide
sewer easement across the south 10 feet (10') of Lot 44 of Woodbine
Heights Addition, a subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 18 on Page
50 of the St. Louis County Records, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 44, said
corner being in the West line of Ballas Road, and the
south line of said Lot 44, said south line also being the
south line of a 10.00 foot wide easement for sewer
purposes as shown on said plat of Woodbine Heights
Addition; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes West along
the south line of said easement and Lot a distance of
69.23 feet; thence North 1 degree 13 minutes East a
distance of 6.30 feet to the point of beginning of the
strip herein described, said point of beginning also
being the southwest corner of the house known as 809
Ballas Road; thence continuing North 1 degree 13 minutes
East a distance of 3.70 feet to a point in the North line
of said 10.00 foot wide sewer easement; thence South 88
degrees 47 minutes East along the north line of said
easement and passing through the house a distance of 32.1
feet; thence South 1 degree 13 minutes West a distance of
3.70 feet; thence North 88 degrees 47 minutes West and
parallel to the south line of said easement, a distance
of 32.1 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
