AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement in a tract of land being part of Adjusted Lot C of a
boundary adjustment plat of Lot C of Jefferson Branch Subdivision
according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page
66, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the southeastern corner of Adjusted Lot C of
"a Boundary Adjustment Plat of Lot C of Jefferson Branch
Subdivision" as recorded in Plat Book 306, Page 66 of the
St. Louis County Recorder of Deeds Office; thence along
the southern property line of said Lot C North 81o45'55"
West, a distance of 100.43' to the true point of
beginning; thence along the eastern line of easement to
be vacated North 13o34'00" East a distance of 117.45' to
the north line of said easement; thence along the north
line North 24o57'00" West a distance of 10.30' to a point
on the western line of said easement; thence along the
western line South 12o51'14" West a distance of 125.98'
to a point on the southern line of said Lot C; thence
along the southern line South 81o45'55" West a distance
of 4.87' to the true point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
