HomeMy Public PortalAbout09541 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9541 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide general utility easement in a tract of land being part of Lot 3 of 170 Business Center, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 330, Page 100 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Recorder's Office and located in Section 22, Township 46 North, Range 6 East of the 5th Principal Meridian, Village of Bel- Ridge, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portion of a ten foot (10') wide general utility easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northeasterly corner of above said Lot 3; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes 49 seconds West along the northerly line of above said Lot 3 a distance of 24.61 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described easement; thence South 13 degrees 32 minutes 23 seconds East 10.17 feet; thence North 82 degrees 36 minutes 49 seconds West 123.53 feet; thence North 11 degrees 33 minutes 22 seconds East 10.02 feet to a point on the northerly line of above said Lot 3; thence South 82 degrees 36 minutes 49 seconds East along last said Northerly line 119.08 feet to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
