AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten foot (10') wide
sewer easement in a tract of land being in the Northwest Quarter of
Section 33 in Township 45 North, Range 4 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portion of subject easement, and this
District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a ten foot (10') wide sewer
easement as shown hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat"
and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
