AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a 10 foot (10') wide
easement and a portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement in Lot
C of Jaeger's Addition, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 122, Page 38, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northerlymost corner of the
Southeasterly 170 feet of said Lot C; thence along the
Northeasterly line of said Lot C, Southeasterly 10 feet
to the Southeasterly line of said easement; thence along
the Southeasterly line of said easement, Southwesterly
45.3 feet to a point being 3.5 feet Southwesterly of the
Southwesterly edge of an existing concrete block garage
serving House No. 947 Union Road in said Lot C; thence
along a line parallel with the Northeasterly line of said
Lot C, Northwesterly 10 feet to the Northwesterly line of
said easement; thence along said Northwesterly line,
Northeasterly 45.3 feet to the point of beginning.
The following portion of a fifteen foot (15') wide easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
COMMENCING at the Northerlymost corner of Lot A of said
Jaeger's Addition, on the Southwesterly line of said Lot
C, distant Northwesterly 101.21 feet from the
Northwesterly line of Union Road, as widened in said
Jaeger's Addition; thence along the Southwesterly line of
said Lot C, Northwesterly 7.5 feet; thence along a line
parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot A,
Northeasterly 5 feet to the true point of beginning of
the strip herein described; thence continuing along a
line parallel with the Northwesterly line of said Lot A,
Northeasterly 5 feet to the Northerlymost corner of said
easement; thence along a line parallel with the
Southwesterly line of said Lot C, Southeasterly 15 feet;
thence along a line parallel with the Northwesterly line
of said Lot A, Southwesterly 5 feet; thence along a line
parallel with the Southwesterly line of said Lot C,
Northwesterly 7.5 feet to the true point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
