AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of Old Ridge Road, a forty foot (40')
wide roadway for public use in part of Fractional Section 18 in
Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject roadway, and this District has no further use for said
roadway.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in the
portion of Old Ridge Road as shown hachured on the attached "Right-
of-Way Vacation Plat" and marked Exhibit "A" and made a part
hereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
