AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a five foot (5') wide
easement in Lot 29 and a portion of a five foot (5') wide easement
in Lot 30 of Amiot, a subdivision according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 301, Page 44 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portions of a five foot (5') wide
utility easement in Lot 29 and a portion of the five foot (5') wide
utility easement in Lot 30 of said Amiot Subdivision as shown
hachured on the attached "Easement Vacation Plat" and marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, are hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 20, 1995.
