AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to sell and convey to Roger Frank and Dennis Freeman,
certain real property of the District located in St. Louis County,
Missouri and prescribing the terms of said transaction.
WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described has been
declared as surplus pursuant to Resolution No. 2162, adopted
December 8, 1994, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 2016, adopted
September 18, 1991, said real property was appraised and publicly
advertised for sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
are hereby authorized to sell and convey to Roger Frank and Dennis
Freeman, certain real property of the District located in St.
Louis County, Missouri for the total sale price of Ten Thousand
Dollars ($10,000.00), said real property being described as
follows:
Approximately 28,000 square feet along the west line of
Section 3, Township 44 North, Range 5 East of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District's property, being a
portion of Parcel 3 of Site #40.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to execute and deliver a Special Warranty Deed
and any and all other documents as approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District as may be necessary to effect the
sale and conveyance as authorized in Section One above, and further
to deposit the proceeds from said sale and conveyance in the
reserve for Real Property Purchase, Improvement and Alterations
Account.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1995.
