AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Gershenson
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction, rebuilding and/or
replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer pipe
in Infrastructure Repair #137 (Maintenance) 94118, in the Cities of
Beverly Hills, Country Club Hills, Dellwood, Ferguson, Flordell
Hills, Jennings, Kirkwood, Normandy, Northwoods, Pasadena Hills,
Pine Lawn and Velda City, and in the Villages of Hillsdale and
Velda Village Hills, and in unincorporated St. Louis County,
Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Gershenson Construction Company, Inc. for the
construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #137
(Maintenance) 94118, in the Cities of Beverly Hills, Country Club
Hills, Dellwood, Ferguson, Flordell Hills, Jennings, Kirkwood,
Normandy, Northwoods, Pasadena Hills, Pine Lawn and Velda City, and
in the Villages of Hillsdale and Velda Village Hills, and in
unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 19th day of April, 1995 and formally executed on the 19th day
of April, 1995 by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed,
in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1995.
