AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund for sewer seismic
testing services in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter
into Contract E-824 with Brown and Caldwell for the aforesaid
services.
WHEREAS, the estimated fee for the services is Eighty-
three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-one Dollars ($83,981.00) and the
allowance for changes in scope is Six Thousand Nineteen Dollars
($6,019.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there
is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to
pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety Thousand Dollars
($90,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement
Fund for sewer seismic testing services in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-824 with
Brown and Caldwell for sewer seismic testing services in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri; said contract to be comprised of such terms
and conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel
of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1995.
