AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to
be used for project costs for the construction of Landscaping
Improvements, Native Grass & Wildflower Seeding and Planting (BP-
13C2, 95055) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and confirming a contract with
Midwest Turf Contractors, Inc. for the aforesaid project, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
WHEREAS, the bid for said project is Forty-six Thousand
One Hundred Dollars ($46,100.00), and the allowance for change
orders is Thirteen Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($13,900.00), and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital
Improvement Trust Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of Landscaping Improvements, Native Grass & Wildflower
Seeding and Planting (BP-13C2, 95055) at the Bissell Point
Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Midwest Turf Contractors, Inc. as the lowest

responsible bidder for the construction of Landscaping
Improvements, Native Grass & Wildflower Seeding and Planting (BP-
13C2, 95055) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in
the City of St. Louis, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd day
of May, 1995 and formally executed on the 10th day of May, 1995 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District is hereby confirmed, in
compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
