AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 27 of Paddock Pointe in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this District has
no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 208 of Sherwood
Creek Plat 2 Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 128,
Pages 44-45 & 46 of the St. Louis County Recorder's
Office and also the East right-of-way of the Talleywood
Drive (50 feet wide) of said subdivision; thence South 76
degrees 00 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 9.0 feet
to a point being the centerline of an existing 10 feet
wide easement dedicated to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District as recorded in Book 7487, Page 401 of the St.
Louis County Recorder's Office; thence North 20 degrees
45 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 80.0 feet to the
point of beginning of said easement to be vacated; thence
South 24 degrees 14 minutes 55 seconds West a distance of
5 feet to a point; thence North 20 degrees 45 minutes 05
seconds West a distance of 50.93 feet to a point; thence
North 65 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of
47.93 feet to a point; thence North 24 degrees 14 minutes
55 seconds East a distance of 10.0 feet to a point;
thence South 65 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds East a
distance of 52.07 feet to a point; thence South 20
degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 55.07
feet to a point; thence South 24 degrees 14 minutes 55
seconds West a distance of 5.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 11, 1995.
